Those of you in the States may have seen those commericals on TV where the two kids are on a beach and find a disgusting flob which turns out to be a belly that someone lost while walking on the beach. The other commercial of that nature that I remember seeing is where love handles are found near the stairs. I always found those spots amusing and now I can really appreciate the message. I lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks! Lost them walking by the river at lunch and by following my insane eating regime...

So, if you happen to be strolling along a waterway and see some stray ass and belly floating in the water, make sure you say "hey."
